I served in the Army Security Agency, working in the cryptographic group for seven years. After leaving the Army, I worked for Halifax Engineering as a government contractor, setting up computer rooms and servicing computers. I then transferred to Colorado Springs to maintain computers at the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). In 1982, I started working for Digital Equipment, which later became Compaq and then Hewlett-Packard. In 2002, I started my own computer company to work exclusively with the private sector, making computer service available and affordable to everyone. I offer in-home or office support for hardware and software for both Windows PCs and Apple systems. I have over 30 years of experience working on computers, from mainframe systems to home computers.
